釜山之旅(一) Running man 也來吃的烤盲鰻

十月釜山之旅,相約多位好友欣賞初秋紅葉之外,當然少不了美食環節,到釜山怎可不嘗試連 Running man 也來拍攝的烤盲鰻,這家店正是拍攝現場。




點菜很簡單,全店只提供烤盲鰻,就是選擇要辣還是不辣。當店員在處理盲鰻時,店員先端上前菜包括盲鰻的魚皮凍及蜆湯。魚皮凍做法像上海肴肉,充滿骨膠原,但早利亞感到少許腥味,還是跟他們的吃法,加辣醬才可平衡味蕾。蜆湯清澈見底,感覺平平無奇,但卻鮮甜可口,正好補充今天遊山玩水所流的汗水。




 





盲鰻是一種海洋中原始脊椎動物,樣子像鰻魚,生劏下鐵板時真的有點嚇人,但加入洋葱、大蔥、大豆芽、豆醬等炒香後很鮮美,肉質彈牙,而且沒有骨,啖啖肉吃得暢快。店子提供生菜及芝麻葉,我愛芝麻葉獨特的香味,配合微辣豆醬很惹味。



客人可點白飯,店子配上炒芝麻海苔,香口得我們已可吃兩碗飯。又或者,可選擇吃到差不多時,下單點一客炒飯,店員會加白飯至鐵板上炒勻,加上芝麻海苔,美味極了。
